I am trying to register my DR-G1130 scanner on the scanner website and Canon cannot find the Product
Pls help - what do I need to do.

Please verify you are typing the full name into the field: imageFORMULA DR-G1130, and click it from the dropdown.

I can confirm the imageForumula DR-G1130 does not show up for registration. I tried multiple variations.
I did find other imageFormula models, but not yours. To resolve, you'll need to contact support.

I've had to ask to have a product added to the database before. Once reported, it doesn't take long. I got an email letting me know to try again and this time my product was found.
