I am struggling with my new MAC mini M2 recognizing the 9000 mark II. Do you have any suggestions for a solution?

Thanks for joining the conversation, GEJ1!
So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which operating system is running on your computer (i.e. Windows or macOS, and which version thereof) and what connection method you are using to connect your PC to your scanner (USB, WIFI, etc). That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
If this is a time-sensitive matter, click HERE search our knowledge base or find additional support options HERE.
Thanks and have a great day!

i am having the same issue. i moved my mark II scanner off the a iMac laptop to a MAC mini M2. is there any discussion about updating a driver for the Mac mini?
or do i need to buy a new scanner? If I do, it will not be a Canon.

I would suggest VuewScan by Hamrick. They have a demo you you can see if it will work.
