Hi all,
I'm having trouble scanning some 'long' documents. They're the same width as A4, but they're 40.5cm long to A4's 29.7cm. I'm using an ImageFormula P-208II scanner with the 'CaptureOnTouch V4' software on Windows 10.
Whenever I try to scan a document, the scanner almost gets there, but then stops and presumes there's a paper jam. The software doesn't seem to offer any way to save or continue once it detects a jam; it just says "Clear paper and continue" and discards whatever has been scanned up until then.
Would anyone know a way around this? I've tried changing the page area size in the advanced document settings dialog, but I can't set the paper length beyond 35.56 cm (it just defaults back if I set it any higher). I can't seem to see a way to disable the paper jam detection (though I presume that wouldn't be an option on offer, heh). I also can't physically cut or fold them (they're certificates, so I want to keep them looking good).
Thanks in advance for any help.
