After reading varying reviews about Canon I decided to buy the LIDE 400 and am already wishing I hadn't. I'm running Windows 11 on my laptop, the scanner itself set up okay...if okay is not being able to use it. Can somebody please help and tell me why it won't work. I've read masses of stuff online and it appears it's a common problem but nothing I've read helps. I'll just send it back if nobody replies pretty quickly. I don't need this kind of grief in my life in 2024.
