After Windows 10 version 2004 installed the update KB5001649 the ScanToPrint button on my CanoScan Lide 300 would only bring up a balnk page after scanning. I tried uninstalling and re-installing the IJ Scan Utility but no luck. So I finally called Canon support. The person I talked to immediately knew about this and sent me an email with this link:
I verified that Windows 10 Pro version 2004 had installed the KB5001567 updtae (it had) which fubar-ed the Copy button function (always a blank page in the preview), so I then installed update KB5001649 to fix the problem. This is a large update so it took awhile to install and required a restart to finish but after that my Copy button on the front of the Lide 300 now works as it used to before the March 15, 2021 update changed something that screwed it up.
