The manual says "Download the LUT data from the Canon Web site." Where is it?

Where are the LUTs for download?

I have been staring at that page trying to find this, and I never saw that link until now.

This file contains 10, 12, and 16-bit LUTs. But the 1DC is 8-bit output. 

Are these the complete LUTs issued by Canon?

I can't help there. I just located the file. You could perhaps call Canon at 1-800-OK-CANON.
