Plug-in to log and transfer MXF files as prores files in FCP 7

Can anyone please send me a link to the plug-in that will let me log and transfer MXF files as prores in FCP 7?

I'm finding lots of converter apps online but just want to get a simple one that's from Canon that won't be dodgy and damage the files.

I just downloaded the canon plug in from the canon website but now I can't get it to work in FCP 7 it says I need to upgrade to FCP 7.0.3 but that is what I have. Any suggestions?
