Hi!
A Canon Vixia M40 was mounted on a large tripod that somehow fell over. Fortunately, the camera appears to be fine, however the screen has somehow become bent away from the the axis that allows it to flip.
I was wonder if I should attempt to fix this bend or just let it go as it doesn't appear to hinder functionality.
Thanks!

Hi Autolooper,
Thank you for posting.
If you've thoroughly tested your camcorder, including zoom functions, button & switch operations, etc, I recommend that you keep using it.
If you determine that repairs are required at a later point, you may setup the repair of your camcorder at this site: https://www.usa.canon.com/repair

Thanks for the resonse!
Further inspection and use has revealed that there's a larger gap between the screen's pivit point and the camcorder, the screen is also looser than it used to be. Other than that, it appears to be fully functional.
