Canon XA11 automatically shuts off

Hello, i have a problem with my canon XA11, im using it for live streaming and it shout off automatically, and start again then off. What should i do to resolve this problem.

Our church has an AX11 purchased at the end of 2019. We use it on a tripod strictly for livestreaming. The last 6 months it has started randomly shutting down and then coming right back on immediately. It does this 3-6 times in a 90 minute broadcast.  Has no one discovered the issue yet?  Canon want $400+ for repairs.

My XA11 randomly reboots.  Here the Readers Digest of this camera's repair history.  Contacted a repair shop I've used in the past, in Glendale.  They replaced a circuit card, sent it back to me, failed, send it back to them and they changed a different circuit card, sent it bank to me, FAILED.  All of this took almost a year, but I have several XA11 cameras.  I read all the forums and tried different power sources (batteries & 110 v), swapped memory cards, then thought what else is there??  When I send it to the repair shop, I send only the camera, no memory, no power supply, no XLR handle.  Wait a minute, I removed the handle and it works.  Swapped XLR handle with another XA11, and life is good.  I'm betting it’s the XA11 XLR handle.  I just recorded two 15-hour videos with NO reboots.  I'm still don't trust it 100% but feeling better about using it... and keeping an eye on the record light.

This came back up so i will tell you what i had to do. I had to take it in for repairs. I was charged almost $400 for wire runs and output expansion. To this day, i never got a full explanation of what that meant. All i got is that they re-wired the camera. Sill wondering what was done.

I have spent Rs.13k + I repairing but facing same problem now

Mine did this for several months then was fine for almost a year, then started again.  I purchased an aftermarket power supply and it has been fine since (3 months and counting).  Not sure if it is the PS or just the connector to the Camera....   I'll keep everyone updated if it starts again.

I also removed the handle a couple weeks before the new PS, it still turned off after the handle was removed.

Ive upgraded my camers at XA60 4K.  My unrelyable XA11 will remain on a shelf.  If / when I ever used it, it'll be where I can keep an eye on it, but I think it'll be collecting a dust.  I did did a lot of good years out of it, perhaps I'll put it in an electronics recycle bin.
