Hi Fellow Canon Folk!
I'm shooting RAW for the first time, and am processing my clips in the Cinema RAW Developer. My clips are 5952 x 3140.
Can someone point me in the right direction for both Color Space and Gamma selection for exporting the clips from Cinema RAW Developer?
The default choices are: Color Space: Cinema Gamut; Gamma: Canon Log 2. Are these detected from the recorded clips? Or what is the best choice in both of these dropdown menus? Or are there definitions somewhere so I can make the best choice?
Choices are the following:
Color Space: Cinema Gamut, BT.2020, DCI-P3, BT.709
Gamma: Canon Log 2, Canon Log 3, BT.709, Wide DR, DCI.
Thanks very much for any insight you can provide. Final product will be shown on a large screen in an auditorium (projected).

Greetings coyotegyrl,
The default choices shown in the Cinema RAW Developer does not relate to how the video was recorded in-camera. With selecting the color space and gamma, this would depend on how the final output of your video will be presented once it has been edited, color graded, etc. Most displays like televisions and projectors use BT.709. Some newer models may be able to display BT.2020 but are not as common compared to what is generally out there. In case you're unsure of what the projector can display, then we would suggest using BT.709 since most displays will use this format.
