Hi all,
This I recently ordered a Russian Meteor 5-1 with PL mount for my C300. When I put it on the camera, the vignetting is so extreme as to be unusable. Is this due to the closeness of the rear element to the sensor? the distance between the PL ring and the back element is like 1.5 inches.
Does anyone know if there is a method or adaptor that could make this lens usable or is it totally incompatible.
Thanks in advance. -this is my first post so apologies for any incorrect protocols.

I understand that you're not able to use this Russian Meteor 5-1 lens for your EOS C300. The lens is not actually tested with or made to be used with the EOS Cinema system. Because of this, we don't know how it may work with the camera or troubleshoot issues present. We're also likewise unaware of adapters that would render it compatible with the EOS C300.
