I just spent over $600.00 for a set of ink cartridges (new printer} now notification says I need a replacement for the maintenance cartridge. Canon does not have one and neither does the other places I tried - very distressing to have this printer sitting useless
So frustrating... I also bought a new set of cartridges but my printer has literally been sitting useless for over a month now. The maintenance cartridge is backordered and I just received a notice from B&H photo that the item is still out of stock. I love the printer but anyone who spends over $1000 on a printer and can't use it for - MONTHS - at a time due to a $15 part being unavailable would be rightfully upset. What a waste of money at this point. How hard is it to reproduce a $15 cartridge while my expensive printer sits idle with no clear timeline in sight.
