ink supply information

new pixma pro 100

the ink supply level seems stuck on full for all 8 cartriges despite a fair amount of printing

connected with USB

Mac OS 10.9

any ideas on how to get this working?

This is as ambigious as it gets.  What does this mean?  10 4x6's or 10 8x10's?  The printer may be correct.

sorry for the confusion ....

First cartridges used in the printer ....  so the print head was primed from them.

I've printed around 10 13X19 prints plus some unknown quantity of smaller prints
