Am I the only one who dreads changing rolls on the TC-20?  

I bought this thing in the Fall of '23 and from day 01: It takes forever to cycle (prep) and then 9 out of ten time it fails with a paper jam error while feeding. Doesn't matter the paper whether Canon matte photo, synthetic canvas, or transparency. About the only thing that feeds consistently is crap plotting paper.

Any tips? Besides throwing this thing out a window?

Once logged in, click on your imagePROGRAF TC-20 and then click on the Product Support button. When that page loads, click the Phone Support button to access support. A Technical Support Representative can determine the cause of the issue and resolve it or provide you with your available service options.
