Hello - Hoping someone can help. We recently purchased the Canon TC-20 imagePROGRAF so we can print house plans at our office when we need as well as tabloids. We are having trouble getting to be able to select the ANSI D or ANSI C sized paper. It only has like letter, tabloid, etc. I tried looking online and to no end can we find the option to select the larger paper sizes. Any ideas or pathways to go forth to get this actually working? Thanks in advance!
