imagePROGRAF PRO-310 Media type needed for AM1X fine art matte paper

New Printer.  I am trying to print on fine art matte paper.  The media setting on the paper is AM1X file included.  I do not know what media that is.  When I put in matte paper as media, it makes me change my paper size to a larger paper or it makes me use a large margin.  I bought this printer so I would not have to do that.   Does anyone know how I can fix this?

I did get the answer to my question and given that Canon has the information on how to download the AM1X file to the computer, it is pretty frustrating that it was not provided with the printer or the paper profiles when they are sold.  As to the print size, there is a workaround for that.  But, again, I was told this would not be an issue with fine art papers when I bought this printer.  That is why I bought it.  Canon could up their game on this one.
