imagePROGRAF PRO-300 Asks for Printable Disc Instead of Printing on Paper

Every time I try to print on pro 300 it instructs me to insert a printable disc - I just want to print on to paper - help!

What software are you using? It sounds like you set it incorrectly. I would look there first.
