imagePROGRAF PRO-2100 - PPL "memory may be insufficient for printing" error

Hi everyone, I'm hoping someone will be able to provide some advice. We have a Canon PRO-2100 that's been printing fine until we had this notice the other day.

* PPL is latest version (1.6)
* Canon PRO-2100 latest drivers
* Printer is connected to WiFi
* No recent changes to network, software, hardware

I'm attaching photos and screenshots of the issue -- can anyone point me in the right direction? I thought maybe there might be a way to clear the cache in PPL but I've been unable to find how to do this ... I can't even figure out if the issue is printer-related or PPL-related or PC-related. Please help! 🙂

Replying to update anyone with a similar problem. This issue was caused by me trying to print a 10x24 print using Canon PPL. I had rotated the image to only use 10 inches of my 24 inch rolled paper. Typically I'll click the "automatically nest slots" button (see screenshot) and then click okay to the prompt that warns about print margins ... we print 24 inch wide prints often, so this is very common.

However, in this case, it was prompting the error instead. I discovered that if I shifted the image slot slightly away from the leading edge of the paper, it would print.

I have no idea why this happened or how I happened to figure it out. Hopefully this update helps someone in the future.
