I have a pro-1000, and trimmed my own 16x24 sheets from a roll (I need that specific size, and they aren't sold elsewhere. I'm ok with the labor). I've measured multiple times to make sure the sheets are near perfect dimensions. Because the sheets came off a roll, they are admittedly not perfectly flat. Despite that, the first several prints on the printer were perfect; very satisfied. However, after printing more, the printer seems to be pulling the paper 1/8" or 1/4" every print, resulting in a lopsided graphic. I've watched closely as the paper enters the feed, and it goes in perfectly level. About a quarter of the way through a print, it still looks fine, but not long after it starts to show the off center issues.
I'll try to flatten the paper more, but the same techniques and paper type gave me perfect prints for a good while.
Would love any insight. Thanks!

Edit to the post: The paper was corrected by rolling the stock in the opposite direction of the original roll's bend. It was not cut and fed straight into the printer. I've since created a pristine sheet that is as flat as any regular precut page I use, and it gave the same lopsided, offset results.

Hi sixfootewok,
Performing a roller cleaning may resolve this issue.
To do this, please use the link below:
