I had this problem once before, this error code came up and I finally got a tech rep after several tries the new how to get this printer working again. It says there is an unsupported media type a set. I do it it says I can't get anything to change. Are using a Mac studio I'm trying to print from print studio pro it's been working fine for sometime and then I decided to do this today.

Please try the suggestions provided in the manual to resolve the 4111 error you are experiencing:
PRO-1000 series > Troubleshooting > Printing Problems > Cannot Print in Specified Size
If the 4111 error persists, it is recommended that you contact one of Canon's Technical Support Representatives via phone or chat. To contact a Technical Support Representative, please use the link below to log into your My Canon account:
https://mycanon.usa.canon.com
Once logged in, click on your imagePROGRAF PRO-1000 and then click on the Product Support button. When that page loads, click on either the Phone Support button or the Chat Support button to access support. A Technical Support Representative can determine the cause of the issue and resolve it or provide you with your available service options.
