Hello to All,
I bought a Canon Prograf 1000, and when I turned it on for the first time, it appeared an error message "Support Code 1881" which means that the head is not installed properly. This message should not even appear, because the setup was not started, and obviously the head is not installed. When I raise the top cover, as advice by the message, nothing happens, the head compartment is still collected, not allowing to do anything. There is no button to delete this message and continue the normal setup. Please, can someone help me on to how to solve this problem?
Thank you,
Regards
