I always use only the printer manufacturer's ink with my printers. Nevertheless, I've always eventually encountered clogged inkjet nozzles which would not clear no matter how many times the built in cleaning process was performed.
I'm interested in the imagePROGRAF PRO-1000 printer. Other Canon printers I've owned in the past had user serviceable or replaceable printheads. This feature was a lifesaver for me. So, does anyone here know whether this printer has that feature?
