Hi i have an issue with an iPF8100 suddenly printing the blue not blue but green. I have already replaced the right print head and the blue ink cartridge but still the same. Any ideas are very welcome? Kind regards Heinz

If the colors continue to print incorrectly, we would have to advise that you contact our support group by calling us at 1-800-423-2366. A support agent will be able to assist you and go over your options to resolve this issue.
