I'm on a Mac with the Pro9000 Mark II, and I do not understand how to access an Advanced user guide for the printer.  Also, what is the largest paper size it will handle? Thank you.

Nozzle check faded after two deep cleanings

My Canon Pro9000 printer is only printing faded sheets. I've checked the cartridges, cleaned nozzles, deep cleaned nozzles twice and the nozzel check still comes up faded. Any suggestions?

Pro 9000 stopped printing

Bought printer 2 years ago and installed cartidges then.  Just started using today.  Printed about 1/3 of page and now no color of any kind comes out.  What could be dried up?  How could I fix it? Ron
