Too dark: imagePROGRAF PRO-1000 & Canon Fine Art Bright White 230 gsm

Hi.
I have a imagePROGRAF PRO-1000 and I'm trying to print on Canon Fine Art Bright White 230 gsm but the result is too dark.

I'm not sure what's the ICC Profile to select. From this MDS page https://downloads.canon.com/nw/pdfs/product-showcase/bus-consumables/MDS-Fine-Art-Bright-White-230gs... it seems to be "HW Art Paper".

Then I have this on my "Professional Print & Layout" settings:
COLOR MODE: Use ICC Profile
PRINTER PROFILE: Canon PRO-1000/500 Heavyweight Fine Art Paper -P
RENDERING INTENT: Perceptual

Is this the correct setting for this paper? That's what I'm using but it's too dark, so at least I want to be sure the ICC profile part is correct and maybe the error is in other place.

I find with the Canon papers, I need to adjust brightness and contrast before printing.  I know there is a way to print a proof sheet with (same but) multiple images at various settings.  Once you have your image in CPP&L frame, click on the Pattern Print option and select Brightness/Contrast.  It will then print multiple mini images at various Contrast/Brightness settings.  Transfer over the preferred settings and you should be good to go.
