Pro-100 win 7 64 printer suddenly stopped printing the same as colors displayed in my monitor

This happened after down loading updtaed software.

I tried deleating the updated components and re-installing from the CD the Pro-100 came with--no luck.

The box that appearsafter I select print in Win Photo Viewer has changed.

P{rior to deleating the up dated software, I was unable to print without boarders, but not after updating?  And I believe the original software had a selection for 11X14 paper?

Presently green isn't as dark as the original pix, blue seems to be lacking in the green stems of Arizona poppy pixs and the yellow is less vibrant.

Another pix I have of a mass of feeding coy fish is algee green water seems to have added a layer of green over the entire pix?

Appreciate any help restoring my printer to its past performance.

It finally occured to me that i'm using Windows!!

Did a fast system reset from a point prior to down loading the up dated software....AND.....AND all is well again!

Prints just like it used to.
