My Pro 100 doesn't print exactly on the disk. It misses the top third of the disk and gets ink onto the K tray. Ive tried different settings and nothing seems to work. The Fit setting is to low on the tray and the contact setting is to high and is regected.
Is there something I'm missing? I loaded the latest driver. Is it firmware? Thanks for any help.
