Running Mac OS Big Sur and lost my Canon paper profiles when I updated to Photoshop '22.
Thought I should also update Firmware, but it stops during the transfer...tried everything I can think of doesn't change.
Wondering if Printer is just too old 2015 to update, been running perfectly for seven years. Appreciate any ideas,
can't believe I'm the only one with this problem?

don’t worry about the firmware update. The website is in error.

Thanks John! I followed the instructions and copied it them into the ColorSync...and behold they are back.
Don't understand why Canon doesn't have a firmware update that doesn't work?
