When printing an image on my Pro-100 there appears to be a thin line with no ink. After 2 cleanings and one deep cleaning, the line is still there, but the nozzle check pattern shows no problem.

Since the print head cleanings did not resolve the issue, cleaning the timing encoder film of the printer may help. To do this, please follow the steps located here. If you still experience difficulty, please call or email us using one of the methods on the Contact Us page for further assistance.
