My Canon Pro-10 printer is suddenly on printing a quarter of the photograph. How do I fix? Deparate!

1. What version of Windows or Macintosh is installed on your computer?
2. What program are you using to print?
3. Prior was there any changes made on your computer or any updates performed?

Thank you I figured it out, I was missing some updates on the driver and some other things, it worked after I updated these items.
