Print to the same size as drawn in PowerPoint PRO-300

What printer settings do I use to print something the exact same size as it is drawn in PowerPoint?

I've tried scaling at 100%, and Normal - both give me a different size than the ruler in PowerPoint.

Same problem - printed version of Powerpoint slide is about 3% smaller in height and width than when printed on older Epson printer. But other printers also print different sizes.  A Brother printer output is about 1% larger, but a Canon MG7120 is the same size as the PRO-300.
