Print error

My Canon Prixma Pro9000 mark ii printer won't let me print. When starting printing, an error message appears. 1200.
The printer stays with the ink head in the middle, and then tells me to close the head cover

It looks like you might have the CD printer tray door open. Try closing it.

I don't know what that tray is!!

Just flip the door up. (It's for a holder to print on CDs and DVDs. I don't think US models have the tray).
