Print Studio Pro

I had to reload my driver for Pixma pro-100, but the Print Studio Pro does not appeare in Canon utilities folder in Start =>All Programs. This prevents me using it with Photoshop Element and lightroom.

I have HP Pavilio g6, 64 bit, Win 7 64bit. I try to connect Pro-100 via WiFi.

All has been working before

As asked in the installing instructions all hidden devices that have a yellow exclamation mark should be removed, so I have deleted "USB printing support".

see   http://ugp01.c-ij.com/ij/webmanual/PrintStudioPro/W/1.3/FI/PSP/psp-500.html   General Notes

Thanks

No. PSP is separate item. Go to the link I provided and download PSP 1.3.5 and install.

Can you print using Lightroom print module without PSP?

Download the latest version of PSP and reinstall.

Thanks jrhoffman75
Printing from LR. First no responce "Printer offline". The reason was that there were two PRO-100 printers. Original and copy. After deleting the copy and making the remaining as default printing was OK.

Well, I have the latest PRO-100 printer driver installed. Is that the same as PSP?
