Hello,
I am using PSP version 2.1.0 with a PRO-100 printer and Photoshop Elements 14.
When I go into PSP, the settings window has disappeared. I have tried re-installing PSP and restarting but that was no help.
Luckily the settings I normally used were saved somehow.
I have searched for a solution for this problem but I haven't had any luck. Has anyone been able to fix this problem?
Thank you.

I'm on a Mac, not Windows. What is the previous version for Mac? I found a refernce to version 2.0.3 on a Canon Thailand web site. Is that the version I want? If so, do you have a link for downloading it?

My problem may not be the same as yours then. But, you can download 2.0.3 here: probably the site you found.

Hello,
I thought I should share the solution with whoever is reading this.
It turns out that the borders on the right and bottom of the window hide and show the settings window and the photo tray. If you move the cursor past the border, it turns into the two headed arrow and will resize the window. You also have to click on the border itself - it's narrow so it's easy to go past it and resize the window.
My confusion could have been avoided if the UI was designed better but there's little hope of that happening.
