Print Quality on Pixma Pro has changed dramatically

Hey Folks,

I am really hoping someone can tell help me out, I use the Canon Pixma Pro 100 for 2 years now, I am using Canon's crazy expensive ink, and canons photo paper, and my prints were great until today where the quality has gone way down.

I am printing at 300DPI same as I always have, through Canon Print Studio Pro, with the same inks, same paper, same printer, same computer, same artwork, and the prints look TERRIBLE.

Why is it all of a sudden printing at a lower quality when nothing else has changed?

You can see in this image, the black font is grey at the top and darkens to black and all the other lettering is grey.

The bear on the top is from before you can see the brown in the feet nicely blend up, where as the bear on the bottom, the brown is very blotchy and red.

I have printed this bear 100x and never had this problem
