Pixma pro 100 prints turning orange

Dancutter
Apprentice
I am a 20 year veteran of printing and framing professionally. Prints are perfect then turn brown in one month. I've conducted print fade tests in the past by leaving prints in the sun and rain for months with no change. My Pixma 100 is 6 months old and I am horrified--my profession is in peril as I sell framed work. Canon paper and inks (dye), prints kept in climate controlled environment--dark and dry. Dan cutter

That's not my experience with Pro-1oo prints I have made.

1. what paper are you using?

2. any chemicals in your environment?

3. This is something you should contact Canon directly using their phone line.
