I bought a new PC and need to install the printer. I am running Windows 8.1. I have owned this printer for many years and no longer have the original installation CD.
I just checked the Pixma Pro9000 page of the Canon website and found 2 items under drivers and 6 items under software. (this page)
With so many options, my problem is that I don't know where to start.
Could you tell me what do I need to download in order to install my printer? If I have to download all of them, could you tell me if I have to follow a specific order? Thank you for the assistance.

If you just want to use the printer all you need is the print driver. (pro9000vst64223ej.exe) Win8.1 may already have this driver included with it and even may find the printer and install it automatically. But at any rate, if it doesn't, you need the driver to make the printer work.
Now if you want all the extra features and faculties Canon offers, you need almost all of the software.
