Pixma Pro-100 setting up issue

ok so I got the printer used, seen a video of it working before buying. The printer arrived today so I plug it in and I am greeted by the 3 flashing lights error code.

 

it wont even let me connect to my PC wirelessly so its not connected. ive tried going through the faults guide nothing worked.

 

anyone have any ideas?

ok so managed to find a cable, the error code is 1300, which is paper jam. there is no paper in the printer so a little confused
