Dear all,
I have a problem with my canon pro-100 printer.
Suddently, without changing ink or paper when printing in a3+ everything goes perfectly well until the last one or 2 centimeters where i can ear gridding sounds and at le extraction the picture present a black spot of about 1cm and the page itself is distorded of about 3mm i can't explain it, nothing has changer and i just printed about 20 pocture for an exposiition just before.
can please someone help me ?

Does it only happen with that paper? CVan you try printing on perhaps Letter paper?
Maybe try a roller cleaning?

Letter (a4) paper don't seem to present this problem, and strangely a3+ in matt neither.
It only appens in a3+ glossy on the 2 or so centimeters on the left side only of the very end of print with that gridding noise
problem appeared suddently after like 20 perfect prints the same day.

i've tried two times with manual and rear tray... still not work
i think i will go directly to the heavy hardware solution and put the hands inside 🤐
