Pixma Pro - 100 printing lines in BK

Hello, I have been using my printer for years. All of a sudden the BK colors are printing lines. I've done multiple cleaning and deep cleanings, with no change. I also changed out the BK cartlidge. Is there another step?

Perhaps head needs to be replaced.

Okay, thanks for the information. The only color that's malfunctioning is the BK. So I'm wondering why the other colors are working properly?

I will google about getting the head replaced.
