Pixma Pro 100 is suddenly printing desaturated/muddy colored prints

Hi there,

I've been using the Pixma Pro 100 for about 2 years. It's taken me a while, but I finally dialed in my art print set up. I use Aurora Art Natural paper from Red River, and I downloaded their ICC profile to go with the exact paper I use. I finally had it exactly how I wanted, but suddenly every time I go to print out an order, it comes out muddy and desaturated.. I have tried adjusting colors in photoshop (where I print from) but it still isn't coming out quite right.

I replaced all the inks, I tried my old settings and it looked fine... Suddenly the ICC profile I was using is giving me muddy prints.

Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks so much!

Has anything else changed, such as an operating system update? What operating system are you using?
