When printing on 8.5" x 11" paper, The printer is skipping or scratching the print in the top 1-1.5" and then prints just fine. I do hear a scratching noise when the page first starts printing.
See the attached scan of the top portion of a print.
I have printed other images on 4" x 6" card stock and they print as expected. Not sure why the issue on 8.5" x 11" stock.
Is there a maintenance step I can do to correct the skip/scratch issue.
