Pixma Canon Pro 10s - Trouble to load paper with Canson Etching 310g

I'm having a problem with my printer Pixma Canon Pro 10s which can't load paper either on the back or on top.

I put one page at a time on the back.

It's Canson Infinity Etching Rag 310g paper.

I have a 1000 error.
Do you have a solution? Is the paper well supported?

In printers & Scanners.

I have a Pro-100 but I suspect they are the same driver configuration. macOS has a second selector for A3+ paper.

I found the panel to turn off the paper detection but I still have the code 1000.

So weird 😞

My Pro-100 can be fussy when loading paper. Sometimes I need to wiggle paper to get a “click” when loading.

It's crazy nothing happen, even if I wiggle the paper or if I try to help him to load.
