Hey, Canon & friends!
I bought a Canon PRO-300 printer recently and it's amazing BUT after just ~200 prints, I started having this specific issue
When a photo I'm printing has a lot of black/dark color at the top of the page, it was leave a light haze line; only at the top though.
I've pictured the issue (outlined in red):
This haze streak is not part of the photo.
When performing a nozzle check, all seems well EXCEPT that the far left side of the photo black is not straight.
I've pictured the issue (outlined in red):
I've tried aligning the print head both AUTO and MANUALLY to no success of fixing this nozzle check issue.
Do you have any idea what the problem might be? Faulty ink cartage? bad print head?
Any insight is helpful!
Thank you!!!!!!
