I have a Pro-10S and until today I only used Canon papers. Recently I bought a box of ILFORD Galerie Mono Silk Warmtone. I download the ICC profile form the ILFORD site and I installed it, in WIndows 10, by right-clicking on it. Then in COlor Management I added it to both the normal and XPS drivers. The profile is listed only when I check "Use my settings for this device".
However, when I try to print with Studio Pro otr other applications, I can't see the Ilford paper listed in "Media Type".
What should I do?
Thanks
Alessandro

Profiles should be stored here:
Media Type only refers to Canon papers. The info with the third party ICC profile should tell you what media type to select.
Then, in the printing apps you have the software control color and you select the appropriate ICC profile.
Here is example in PSP:

Thanks! your explanation is quite clear. The only problema i have now is that I have no idea where to find the applicable media type. Ilford explains how to use its products with different printers here.

However, it seems to me that a correspondec table between ILFORD and Canon Media types is missing...
