PIXMA PRO-200S Paper Type Unavailable in Home Screen

I recently bought a Pixma Pro 200S printer and have been trying out some different papers.  Today, I used Canon's Media Configuration Tool to add Canson's Platine Fibre Rag paper to the printer, but I cannot select it as an option to register that that is that paper I am feeding into the printer.  On the printer home screen when you register the paper, that particular paper is not there as an option.  However, on the printer when I navigate to Various Settings - Printer Settings - Paper-related Settings - Advanced Paper Settings I can choose the paper there.  So why is the paper appearing in one menu, but not the menu where it allows me to tell the printer what type of paper to expect?

Hi dlawler2002,

With your PRO-200 on, please follow these steps;

1.  Press the Home button on your PRO-200.

2.  Use the down arrow to select Various settings and press OK.

3.  Select Printer settings and press OK.

4.  Use the down arrow to select Paper-related settings and press OK.

5.  Use the down arrow to select Manual feed tray paper settings and press OK.

6.  Press OK on Page size, select the size of the paper and press OK.

7.  Press OK on Type.

Does does your paper appear in the list?

Patrick, thank you for the reply.  Yes, the paper does appear then when I follow those directions.  However, back on the Home Screen, it still doesn't show that paper as an option.  Following your instructions, I selected that paper for the manual feed tray.  But when I hit the home button, it is still showing another paper type.
