Hello,
i’m trying to print a pdf and switching from vertical to horizontal to fit 2 pages in (these pages are originally horizontal), and when I tryto do that the paper comes out blank. If I leave the original orientation and 1 page per paper, then it works fine, why?

Hi, lhsmarty!
So that the Community can help you better, we will need to know more information:
• Do you see any error messages?
• Which version of Windows or macOS are you using?
• How do you connect to your printer (USB or WiFi)?
Any other details you'd like to give will only help the Community better understand your issue.

Hi Stephen, i tried from both an ipad pro and an iphone, both with latest software installed. I connect with wifi, and I don’t see any error, the page just comes out blank, with nothing on.

OK, so you're using the iPad and iPhone.
I apologize for perhaps having you state the same thing, but to be 100% crystal clear, are you using the Canon Print app, or AirPrint? This can make a difference. Thanks so much!
