I think I figured out what to do, but I need to troubleshoot through my computer. Can someone tell me what I need to download through canon to troubleshoot?

My back tray of the printer keeps saying that there is no paper. I hear that it tries to feed, but it was unsuccessful each time.

Hi Maxve,
There are two paper trays on your printer. When printing, please make sure you are selecting the correct paper source. Are you using the rear tray or the manual feed tray? The differences can be viewed here:
PRO-100 > Overview of the Printer > Loading Paper > Paper Sources to Load Paper
