PIXMA PRO-100 Stops Printing Before A Print is complete

mtsat

My Pixma Pro-100 only prints part of a photo, then pauses and ejects the partial print. I have a Mac Studio (15.1.1) and I am using the latest version of Canon Print Studio Pro with the latest version of Photoshop. I also downloaded and installed the latest driver for the printer.

I have an Eizo monitor and have tried printing starting with their Quick Color Match software that sets up Photoshop and Canon Print Studio to better match what you see on the monitor. I have also tried without using that and doing the startup myself in case that software was the problem. It is not. Same results with both.
The Printer Queue window never shows completion even after the printer has ejected the print.

The Printer is connected via my WiFi network. The average round trip time is 7ms.

I have tried different photos and different sizes with the same results.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi mtsat,

As a test, please try printing using Easy-PhotoPrint Editor.

If you do not have this installed, it is available for download here:

PIXMA PRO-100 Support > Downloads

Does the preview appear correctly in Easy-PhotoPrint Editor?

Are you able to print the full image using Easy-PhotoPrint Editor?

Thanks for the help Patrick. It turns out that, for reasons I can't quite understand, the WiFi was the problem. Everything else in the house works fine on the network. The printer has worked well previously, in another house with the same setup. I can't find the problem with the printer. But, when I attach a USB cable and setup to print with it, it works like a charm.Using all the same software, etc. Thanks again. I appreciate it.
