PIXMA PRO-100 Error code 5C00

Hello, I have a Cannon PRO-100 and it is giving the error code 5C00 which i understand means need serviced but I can not find anyone to repair it.  I have turned it off and back on multiple times and it still has this error.  Is there anything else I can do to repair this? Thanks so much

Some folks seem to have luck clearing codes by leaving the device unplugged for a day or two. Not sure why that works but good results have been posted several times.
